Our Story Begins In Duluth, MN
On a cold fall day in Duluth, MN near the end of September, this when our story began. The story of how Spinning World kitchen came into Existence. It started in a Cultural Entrepreneurship class that Dr. Aparna Katre taught at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Our professor let us pick a group to work with. Our group consisted of 4 people total and luckily somehow each person was from a different ethnic and culture background.
This class required us to come with an business idea. Our idea was to start a restaurant to serve the public with a cultural experience of a certain ethnic and culture background. We didn't agree on choosing just one culture, so we decided to incorporate a little bit about all of us.
